What we do
Sever builds AI chatbots, websites, and online scheduling systems for local businesses. Product prices and what's included are listed on severhq.com.
The free demo
Demos are free with no obligation. If you don't move forward, you owe nothing.
Payment
Products are one-time purchases, paid upfront through Stripe. Maintenance plans are monthly subscriptions you can cancel anytime. Every product purchase is protected by the 2-week trial below.
The 2-week trial
Your trial starts on the day of purchase. Week 1 is installation — we build and launch everything. Week 2 is your test week — use it with real customers. If you're not happy, tell us before the trial ends and you receive a full refund of your purchase. After the trial ends, you've kept it, and the purchase is final.
Delivery
Typical delivery is 5–7 days from receiving your business information. Timelines can shift if we're waiting on materials from you — we'll always tell you where things stand.
Revisions
Adjustments during your trial's test week are free and unlimited within reason — we want it right. After the trial, changes are covered by a maintenance plan or quoted individually.
Ownership
You own your website, your domain, your content, and your logins. If you cancel maintenance or stop working with us, everything you paid for keeps working and remains yours.
Cancellations & refunds
Maintenance can be cancelled anytime and stops billing at the end of the current period. One-time products are fully refundable during the 2-week trial described above; after the trial ends, sales are final. Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Liability
We build and maintain your tools with care, but we can't guarantee specific business results, and our liability is limited to the amount you paid us.
